We will walk you through what a "the poetica" performance experience is like and discuss all the details to make the event as unique as you, the event, and the venue are based on what type of event (see below). While you are in our booking site, you can check on our availability on the day(s) of you event.
Art Community and Professional Events
We will explore any missions or goals you have for the event. This typically applies to events in the arts community (galleries, theaters, museums), charities and/or fundraising events, balls or galas, and corporate events.
Private Events
We will explore any personal wish lists or dreams you have for the event and how we can incorporate the right vibe, tone, and subject matter. This typically applies to events like wedding and private large-scale parties (anniversaries, family reunions, engagements, cocktail parties, celebrations of life).
Entertainment Events
We will explore any creative requirements and logistical specifications you have established or need met. This typically applies to events like music (concerts, festivals, music performances in any genre), large venue performances, and the entertainment industry (music videos, television, film).
Educational Events
We will explore any requests for educational purposes. This typically applies to activities such as speaking engagements (colleges, literary associations), interviews (live, taped, in-person), and events that involve a Q&A session, meet & greets, book autographing, or book/merch sales. For the Chicagoland area, southern Wisconsin, and Northwest Indiana areas, in most cases, we able to offer education-related events at no cost.
